Assignment

1. Design File Prep:
2. Create or import a simple design in VinylCut 5 that includes your initials and a small vector icon.
3. Use the Weld (or Merge) feature to combine any overlapping shapes in your icon.
4. Scale the entire design to precisely 15 cm wide.
5. Mirror Practice: Make a copy of the 15 cm design.
6. Label the first design “External” (no mirroring).
7. Apply the Mirror H (Flip Horizontal) function to the second design and label it “Internal.”
8. Software Setup: Add your specific cutter make and model in the software and successfully use the Test Connection feature to ensure communication with your physical machine.
