Onsite Practical Details
To finalize certification, students must submit a completed Onsite Practical Details form to info@ambitious.co.za upon completing the live practical assessment.
This document will reference to the lead assessor’s live evaluation, visual inspection records of your physical test pieces, and final admin compliance checks.

Student Submission Instructions
To initiate the final review and certificate generation process:
- Signed Sheet: Obtain the physical copy of this signed evaluation sheet from your assessor at the end of your practical session.
- Upload: students must submit a completed Onsite Practical Details form to info@ambitious.co.za.
- Admin Review Window: Administrative staff will verify that all online quizzes (100% completion), signed indemnity forms, and this practical assessment sheet are fully validated. Approved certificates are issued digitally within 7 business days (hard copies available upon request).
