2. Machine Anatomy & Maintenance: Detailed knowledge of core LFP hardware components (printheads, platen, encoder strips) and critical daily and weekly maintenance routines to ensure machine longevity and print quality.
3. Software Mastery (RIP & Control): Hands-on simulation using RIP software (InkRIP) for nesting, tiling, and color management, and the use of control software (PrintEXP) for crucial machine calibrations.
4. Workflow & Pre-Press: Mastering the complete digital production pipeline, from file check (CMYK, DPI, Bleed) to the final execution command, ensuring minimal material waste.
5. Advanced Applications: Practical knowledge of post-press finishing (trimming, grommeting), mounting, and large-scale vinyl installation techniques (Wet vs. Dry methods).
